#1 Warm Up Session
Lisa takes you through a short warm up to prepare you for the main sessions. Includes synchronising the arms, neck rolls and shoulder lifts etc with the inhaling and exhaling of the breath. Stretching itself does not constitute your warm up.

#2 Standing Routines
Lisa takes you through extended sequences of carefully designed standing poses to align your feet and body which is especially helpful in improving your posture. These postures will strengthen your legs while increasing your flexibility in your legs and hips, releasing tension in your neck, increasing flexibility in your spine and opening your chest, rib cage and hips. Also stretching the lower back and hamstrings, often promoting a sense of calmness. The balance poses can be challenging but they can be the most fun to do. These routines are performed either seated, on hands and feet, or on your back.
